bureaucracy

I feel like going into a career is a trap. It will feel like shit. you can't do something you are passionate for for 20-40 years of your life. Mainly because your job is not a vehicle towards ones' dreams. In fact, you are the vehicle for someone elses' dreams: For the people at the top. It's a mess. The top people, CEO's, business owners, investors, are making a bunch of money and Ordinary people, who are running to get their coupons for a job interview, are just fighting for the goddam tablescraps that the top have to give.

People are too stupid to utilize captialism. That's why there is such a huge money gap and that's why Marx invented socialism. Growing up, your 2nd grade teachers tell you to work on someones dreams. High schools, colleges "hook" you up with jobs so you can have a career and always be capped under the CEO. fuck bureaucracy.

    Anyone who goes into todays job market and expects a 20-30 year tenure at a company is delusional anyway. In a persons 40-50 year working career they should plan on;

    Being displaced by the economic situation at least twice. Shit happens, and unless you are from a wealthy family you will have to eat that shit. Those dudes camping on the side of highways all have one flaw, failure to adapt. Move, pack up the family and go to greener pastures, somewhere is always booming or at least doing well, go there.

    Retraining three times. Industries come and go. You can hook your wagon to any given skill set, but if you keep a position that stagnates you for too long you will have to retrain eventually. Hopefully it is in your field, but maybe you have to ditch everything and do a 180.

    There are two things you can do: Keep bitching about it, or work your way to the top.

    Pick your choice. I've made mine.
