So I'm sittin here sipping on some spiced rum, muching a bag of these
and I figured I'd ask Totse what they though of Sunflower Seeds. Well?

I'd never had Suflower Seeds until I went to Spain and when I finally did, in a warm pool with a beer in hand. They were amazing!

I like sunflowers seeds. You can buy the regular sized bags of David sunflower seeds for a $.99 at the 99 cent store.

Never eaten them, but I think there are some in the kitchen which I might have a go at. Only problem is, I don't want a sunflower growing inside of me

I used to eat them a lot, until I found out it's pretty common to find dead worms dried up inside the shells.

i also love pumpkin seeds, my favorite thing about Halloween and carving pumpkins is saving the seeds and roasting them myself
