This is one of my favorite movies actually, albeit an almost unheard of one it seems. It's a japanese movie, although very well dubbed.
The movie is about a middle class guy who's life is going to shit, works a dead end job, and pretty much all around hates his life. Suddenly he gets a random phone call from someone wanting him to play a game. He has to do 13 things, and each one he does, a large sum of money is deposited into his bank account. The things range from mild to horrible. Anything from catching a fly, to eating a plate of human feces. The ending of the movie ties all the things into his childhood in a very neat way. Also there is an amazing plot twist at the end that caught me by surprise.
