Homemade rocket launcher?

Something I've always been interested in. Never made one and probably won't unless there's a zombie apocalypse in the near future. I have some flawless designs in my head that I could use to build one, but I'd like to hear how some of you would do it.

What are your ideas?

I think the cops would have bigger things to worry about during a zombie apocalypse. They wouldn't really be too concerned with a guy that's doing them a favor by killing zombies with a rocket launcher.

My idea is let the people who write Paladin Press books risk their fingers before risking mine

Although my real idea would be don't commit federal crimes that get you locked up for 10 years with a $250,000 fine, especially after posting about it online

That's not a very practical thing to hope for, because I do not keep anything illegal at my house and I in fact, enjoy chatting with law enforcement. A lot of them are pretty cool dudes.

I made one with an electronic ignition system. Just put some nice rockets next to me, picked one up, attached the ignitor and placed in the tube. Oh, don't forget a blast shield. You don't want a burnt face.

I had a pdf on building a recoilless launcher, dont know if i still have it but it was an interesting design...
Less chance of geting your face burned of then with a rocket launcher. (ofc you still have the risk of it blowing up in your face...)

Unfortunately i would probably spend 10-15 years in prison if i tried to build one and got caught, no possibility to register something like that here.
Maybe its for the best, i would only blow myself up if i tried anyway.
