Seasonal Affective Depression
Anyone else experiencing this? Typically speaking I rather enjoy the Winter months but the heat of the summer always seems to get to me.
Where I live it's to hot to do much during the day and any attempt to quickly eats up my energy to do anything but sleep till the evening, then toss and turn while trying to get a few winks before work in the morning.
