What legal 'grey area' allows medical marijuana dispensaries to operate in B.C. ...The one near my current residence just got raided a few weeks back but the law seems unable to close it down.The numbers of people holding permits vs. those registered with dispensaries is glaringly asymmetrical.My question to you, how is it conceivable that a business which executes an illegal act for it's prime revenue source is allowed to operate?
