this one guy, at gun point, is going to kidnap an illegal immigrant that was smuggled into america by his U.S. citizen family with a ransom note left behind... with a warning stating of his execution if the demand is not met.

this one guy is thinking of asking for $15,000...in cash... this one guy would like opinions on the matter.

Kidnapping an Illegal Immigrant in order to get money from them is like Robbing people at a homeless shelter. They don't have any money, hence why they are risking their lives to sneak into the US for jobs.
