What's up with IRC?

I can never seem to connect to irc.totse.info. What the freak? It's port 6667 right? Am I doing it wrong? HALP!

irc.totse.info:6667 works every time for me.

Seems to be working totally fine for me, I just tried it with Mibbit. If you're using Xchat or some other IRC client then it might be worth checking your settings just in case.
