Pretty simple. I'm a complete novice and want to "step up my game".
How would i go about robbing a bookies? I hope to not get caught.

Also, how much money/jailtime should i expect?

You should expect to get shot by the bookies muscle.

If you're a complete novice, I don't think robbing a bookmakers is a good start in your crime career - do you? How about going for easier targets to begin with, getting more confidence and more of an understanding how to pull off these things. Then move up to the bookies.

Jail would be your last worry. They will find you, and make you wish the cops did.

You'd probably have better luck robbing a head shop that sells spice. I went into a ghetto one before closing time and the dude was counting the money at the counter, big stacks of 20's, 10's, and 5's.

If you're seriously thinking about this..Chances are they have a discreet courier that moves the cash at relatively predictable times. Chances also that the courier is armed, and has armed escort(s)(as in security guys, not prostitutes). One would have to disable the vehicle, incapacitate the occupants, and extract the loot. Perhaps plant a nitrous oxide canister on the vehicle which can be remotely activated. They would become nullfied by euphoria and narcotic apathy, and eventually lose consciousness, which is your cue to grab the cash, nitrous canister, any guns they have, and split. If any injury befell them, the gas would be long dissipated by the time any investigators arrived.

this has been the best bad idea to come out of here in awhile. this would never work. stick to beating up drug dealers and stealing there money. robbing a bookie is a good way of getting yourself killed
