get free stuff from tigerdirect maybe other places

So i ordered a tv tuner from tigerdirect when i got iti didnt work so i wanted a refund with no i asked for the refund.
they sent an email back asking me to print a return lable i replyied back i dont have a damn printer ect getting more pissed each email i sent threating with a claim ect eventual they agred to refund me with out sending the product back. i figured if it works for me maybe some one could buy something from them and get a refund even if the product works you just need to know what to say to them. they said it would take 24-72 hours for the refund which im currently waiting for.

wth hell are you talking about i didnt order a printer the defective item
is a sabrent tv tuner usb

i replyied to the print and return item which i cant do since i dont have
a printer
i got this reply which is why im waiting for my refund and holding off
on the claim

here the reply i got that says i dont have to send in the deffective item

so what is it am i getting my refund or am i filling a claim
i cant return the item it pissed me off and i trew it away all i ever get
from your company are defective items
