Prison Guard + Samuel L Jackson attitude

This is an excerpt from an obscure documentary made a while back about race and prison. Not much else to say but just listen to the guard, especially from about halfway through the video when he talks about prison numbers. That's one helluv'an attitude!

This video is NSFW, as there is some brief nudity (niggaboos getting searched/proving they aren't carrying drugs - you know how prison is).

    It sounds like the problem i D.C. is one of enforcement. I mean if they can't prevent daily beatings and stabbings in a maximum security facility what hope do they have of stopping crime on the streets?

    That is pretty true. It almost seems like an excuse to cause tension and just get them to fuck one another up - just not on the streets.
