The latest batch of Hillary Clinton emails have been revealed, and Trevor Timm, the Executive Director of the Freedom of the Press Foundation, points us to a particularly interesting one, in which then State Department spokesperson PJ Crowley tells Clinton that the State Department has successfully "planted" questions for the show, 60 Minutes, to ask Assange.

Oh of course. Not a sixty minutes goes by without pentagon approval. Hell they told the iron man movie writers to leave a few things out, presumably because they hit too close to home. Hollywood loves the pentagon though. If they toe the line and lick their boots they get cool perks like increased budgets, military props, and sometimes even get inside dope to make their shitty movies more "edgy."

Hollywood doesn't consist of one individual corporate entity specifically dedicated to the movie industry. It's basically made up of a number of corporate investments with diverse interests. There are some pretty fucking big names associated with the movie industry, big enough for US congress to bukaki jerk for them. Corporation and political alliances piss me off because ethics and morality get second place to their decision making prosess.

It's the nature of 24 hour news. There isn't enough enough to justify the channel, so they resort to sensationalism and propaganda.

Their really is enough news to fill 24 hours. People just don't care enough to watch it and CNN doesn't have the wherewithal to do actual journalism anymore.
