Most of the time I only take the bare essentials as it gets heavy very quickly. Mainly just my flashlights, multitool, GPS, Lock picks and camera if it is a short op otherwise I'll take what I think I require for an op e.g gear for brute force entry and food/water for long distance ops. Depends on the op mainly but its nice to have the gear if I need it. I am going to get a telescopic baton for defence at some stage though.
