I play a Jaw Harp. I bought it for two reasons: It was cheap, and I listen to a lot of folk metal that uses them so I thought that would be cool.
It's not really something you can explain how to do well. Just practice man, it's not the trickiest instrument to play. It comes natural after not too long, moving your mouth in specific ways to get different notes.
One thing I can say is be careful with the teeth spacing. A lot of people can chip their teeth if they don't open them wide enough.
