It was already after I pled guilty my attorney asked me if I wanted to co-operate with the ATF to try and help me possibly get a lesser sentence and what not.. I was looking at 5 years in jail so I said sure why not.. And the guy just asked a million questions like how I learned to do this and so on.. He seemed to be pretty knowledgeable.. This really must have been his department
No I got a year of house arrest and 5 years probation THANK GOD because it was charged in federal court system and how that works is federal court sentencing is based on levels I don't remember my level but the recommendation was 46-56 months in jail; before 2005 in federal court it was mandatory the judge had to at least give you the minimum sentence
OP you never built bombs and got interrogated by the ATF. It never happened and I would pretty much bet my life on it that this never happened. One reason being there is no way you built fucking explosives got caught by the ATF and didn't serve jail time.

You can buy gun powder at dicks but I didn't make them with gun powder and I know your not suppose to use a credit card to make those types of purchases which is why I stopped at the ATM and withdrew $40 before I went and the total come out to like 45 something... This came straight from the ATF dudes mouth he said that I'm allowed to own a muzzleloader or keep normal guns as "collective items" in a safe as long as there is someone else living in the house who isn't a felon... but now I'm a felon I can't buy or even touch a firearm anymore unless I get our great president to pardon my felony which I'm told isn't as impossible as it sounds

Not that I know of.. All I have to do is take a piss test every now and again but if I remember correctly my probation officer is allowed to come in any time he pleases and take a look around.. but yeah I got lucky as fuck when ever I was in county for a week my guns were on my mind the whole time.. cuz those are my babies.. They even wrote in the report that I kept asking about my guns haha
During the search I had to escort them around the house to all the places where the handguns were located.. that was a shitty day.. You should get some handguns and a permit to carry.. Handguns were my favorite
