Yes. The LouisCypher account should be unbanned and the Big Bear account banned, whether he wants that or not. A big part of community is recognizing "who" people are and developing a certain amount of comradery. The only reason Zoklet came up with the name change option was to make it easier for the spammers to hide from the regular users, to divide the community even further, and to avoid/escape public indignation at the fact that they don't know how to moderate a community. Let's not let that happen here.
