  Seriously though, puking bloods never a good sign. But it could be something less serious than other possibilities, hopefully. It could possibly be bleeding stomach ulcers, kidney problems, liver problems, inflammation of the stomach or esophagus. Got any sharp abdominal pains?

  it depends how much blood? If its just droplets your perfectly fine thats normal.. if its a lot of blood like a few ounces or a cup full then I would go to the doctor immediately.. Sounds like you just have the flu tho.. I wouldn't be to worried
