Looks like there's drug dealing in my neighborhood

There are multiple drug dealers in my immediate area, it's beyond obvious. It's not the drugs I have issue with but the type of people it attracts.
First there's a tweaker who clearly does drugs and walks around at weird hours, sometimes shaking uncontrollably. Ziploc bags are always laying around his place and I often see him in the area and city with one or two girls who look like prostitutes.
Second, a young 20's loser who is home 24/7 yet manages pay rent every week.
Always different people coming in and out that only stay for a few minutes or less.
At first I left it alone, now I'm sick of it. What should I do?

But yeah if they're selling/manufacturing some ghetto bathtub crank shit over there you might wanna report them before they break into your house and try and steal your shit or something. I'm fine with most drug users but meth addicts are the only ones I cannot deal with IRL. Too many of them where I live and I had some friends who got addicted to that shit and are either dead or in jail
Meth is crazy dangerous to cook too. Watched a show last week where this guy was cooking it in Missouri (go figure) and blew the house up. He is blind now because of it. I'm pretty sure they have to evacuate neighborhoods because of this stuff.
