I'm not bitching or flaming at all in here - I'm actually asking a genuine question :D

Why is it that we have 30 members online, but there's basically no new threads being made, and very few replies to current topics?

I mean, what exactly is everyone doing while they're logged into Totse? The first thing I do when I log in is go through every single item in the "New Posts" and reply to the relevant ones, but I wondered what everyone else is actually doing...

Seriously, fill me in :)

    I stay out of your threads a lot of the time because I don't understand a word of it. Politics and all these parties make absolutely no sense to me at all, otherwise I'd be posting in there and sharing my opinions. Truth be told, I'd much rather be reading up on some computer hacking tutorials or something :)

    It's interesting to see just how many people might be lurking in the pr0n... I'm going to check the "currently online" page at the bottom.

    One of a few reasons:
    a) There is nothing interesting to reply to
    b) People can't be bothered making threads
    c) People are just lurking because they're bored/in class/procrastinating
    d) They have the tab open but they're not actively on totse
    e) Porn

    Or a combination of all of the above. It's usually a, b, or c for me.

    I wonder how often the forum software updates the "who's online list". I go on for a few minutes every couple of hours, maybe post something and then leave.
