Online LED Sign
What was the URL of that site with the LED board, and the webcam pointing at it? Users could enter some text into the box, and the LED screen would update and broadcast accordingly.

To be honest, I'm not sure. It seems as though there are quite a few people who visit the site, seeing as the sign updates with new stuff pretty often.
