Fucking junebugs, man. Creep me the fuck out, and I know why. I was a wee lad, maybe six years old, and my family was on our way back from camping/cottage/some trip when we stopped at a family friends' house. I sat down on the steps (I can still remember this all vividly) and opened my travel bag; out swarmed dozens of fucking junebugs. They were all through my clothes, started crawling all over me and shit, I got swarmed by them. Fuck those things. I still go out of my way to avoid/kill them if I see one flying around.
