Gang tattoo leads to a murder conviction
Inked on the chest of a Pico Rivera gang member was the detailed scene of a liquor store slaying that had stumped an L.A. County sheriff's investigator for more than four years. It leads to a jailhouse confession from Anthony Garcia — and a first-degree murder conviction.

Don't know about you guys but I know tons of people and have read tons of crime stories, where if they would have just followed traffic laws and been more careful they would have never been pulled in the first place.
And he still probably wouldn't have been found guilty if he had just kept his mouth shut. Never trust people in jail.
