York Council build fence through goalposts.

You really do wonder about our Local Authorities at times. Wouldn't trust them to..well, plan a fence construction, let alone with a fat budget. Dumb fucks.

Council bosses have admitted scoring an "own goal" after a fence was built through the middle of football goalposts in a park in York.

The new fencing was installed at a cost of £6,000 on playing fields in Heworth.

    From what I read in the press the other night they do plan to move the goal posts, but seeing as york council is in a load of debt (and wont admit it) it could take awhile.

    I think someone should try to save a goal, dive into the fence, impale themselves and then sue the council :thumbsup:
