My manager is a useless fucking slut 
. Anyway this morning after ignoring the phone twice i decided to answer it as it may have been something important considering that they called back straight away 3 fucking times on a Sunday fucking morning, anyway it happened to be my cunt of a manager calling to ask why i hadn't turned up for a shift. I tell her that according to the roster on the wall i wasn't working today as my name was crossed out and someone elses name was there instead. Completely fucked over my day off :mad:. Never trust a women to organize anything as what ever they do it will always be wrong.
Anyway i will be talking to the store owner this week about her incompetence and the fact she mentioned to another worker that she calls people back straight away to make people think there is an emergency and they need to answer and hopefully he sorts things out or gets rid of the fat cunt.

I'm a manager so I got no sympathy for you man. I have to deal with retards giving me every excuse in the world why they can't work for whatever reason and 90% of the time I'm the one that has to cover when somebody calls in "sick" or whatever other lies they conjure up an hour before they are supposed to be there.
Most people are lazy sheisty fucks that could give a shit about their responsibilities or the respect of their peers so you have to deal with these children accordingly. Without mercy.

I have worked harder and had more foresight for potential problems than any manager I have ever had. In reality, most "managers" have just perfected the art of kissing ass. I've only had five jobs at this point, three being in high school (quitting fast food jobs can be alot of fun), but I really look forward to working with management that can manage better than I would be able too.
Oh yeah, and where is all the assholes talking a bunch of bullshit? I made a thread similar to this bitching about women managers and coworkers and got fucking reamed for it. Fuck the social hierarchy, all of its manifestations.
