I went on holiday to mexico a few weeks ago ive got a police report saying the maid took £750 for my claim and ive got bank receipts to show of evidence how i coped after the incident, im also going to say i lost my sunglasses, phone and a gucci wallet which ive got receipts for, whats the best thing i could say to get make a successfull claim for these items?

    say your cleaner stole your shit, in a court.
    A lawyer should help somewhat.

    Wtf you dont need to go to court.

    You just put in your claim and they pay it out.

    If you have a police report then its yours. They are billion dollar businesses they dont care about you're <1k claim - wait until you have to claim for a medivac or something; then they'll set a team of lawyers and an investigator to prove you breeched the ToS somehow.

    Until then enjoy the return on your investment.
