Beached whale found 800 meters ashore in Yorkshire

Don't really have an explanation for this. Proper WTF moment and pictures, too!
Marine experts have been left baffled after a rare whale was found over 800 metres from the shore in the Humber Estuary, Skeffling, East Yorkshire.

    By the sounds of it since its an estuary they have extreamly big tides there, hence it being so far from the low tide mark.

    I keep planning to go over the humber bridge, shits huge.

    This makes no sense. It's be so weird, just to see a random dead whale on your lawn.

    I suppose if this is dead, they can dissect and use it for science, and it'd still be humane :)

    Holy fuck, that's incredible! It probably just hopped out of the water for a little while, wandered over to the nearby field and laid down to die. I wonder if they'll blow it up like they did to the whale on that beach...
