Selling commercial bath salts

It is now illegal to sell almost any bath salts. Would it be unethical to buy a bunch of actual commercial bath salts and advertise something like, "legal bath salts, $20 per 1/2 once shipped quick and discrete" then have a note with it stating what it actually is?

Would it be unethical? Do you know what the word ethical means?

It would be legal though, you promised them legal bath salts and that's what they'd receive.

Sorry I missed a step here, because I saw bath salts for sale in a normal store this week.

    Why are bath salts illegal?

    wtf?

    Thats what I was wondering.
Is it only in certain countries or states were it is banned from being sold online???

In the UK we had plant fertaliser being sold as a drug called "m-cat", but it has since been banned and is not allowed to be sold.
Maybe people were sniffing bath salts, or selling drugs from "bath salt" websites.

yes there's everything unethical to do with that. Don't do that, you won't stay in business long selling a bunk product
