Ok so long story short, I got a text from a mate telling me there were pics of my Sister's friend on Facebook in a thread on /b/. I go there and lurk, and they start to go through the girls mates. One of which being my Sister. Her account privacy is pretty good, but I'm still not happy. Any tips? Just wait it out I guess. I don't fancy a load of prank calls or whatever. Short thread, but I need some advice.
And no, no pics. Sorry lads.

I don't think you should get involved..this is her journey in life..and she must take in the lesson that needs to be learned here.. If you were to help her out or even stop this...nonsense...she's going to do it again until she actually learns from it.
Or better yet, you can get involved if you tried to intervene..
Nothing so far. I'm protective of my SIster, but still let her have a good time. I just don't want her friend dragging her into shit because of her [friends] stupidity.
Maybe in future she'll learn to not go on facebook purely for the reason to harvest "friends". I did tell her though.
But I suggest that she just take a chill pill and lay low. /b/ and other JB seekers do this all the time. Tell her to filter her friend list and from now ON only share images with trusted people. In short, avoid posting images in which they're wearing next to nothing. This might be a good time to teach them about the reality of the Internet.
Although with respect RemandE, your sister seems like a bit of a loose cannon.
THAT's my future WIFE Sir.
Dox is someones personal information.
doxed is a verbed version of it 'I just got doxed' means somone stole my pi
You can be forgiven for not knowing what it means. It's not a common word. It's also a new expression, invented in the last couple of years.
i wonder if the word has a meaninful origin.
But I wont, out of respect.
As for my Sister, she's not a "loose cannon", rather a moody 16yo at times, and who comes to me for help. Being at Uni, she is the only kid at home and gets the full brunt of family shit, so it's like squeezing a spot - one day she'll just pop and run away.
But I hope she doesn't. We have our moments, and I rarely let her kmow how I feel - so it's times like this where protective RemadE comes out.
Luckily it wasn't her who did anything, just her retarded mate.
