The Colony [Season 1]

Just found this after looking for Post-Apocalyptic Documentaries. All I can say is it's a breath of fresh air when it comes to reality TV.
Season 1 is where a team of real-life specialists are put together for 10 weeks in an abandoned factory, surviving with the local food, water and supplies. Just watching the first episode and it's fucking awesome.

    I hate to do this to remd, but I fell into that trap too. It a farce. I was excited when it first came out, and I watched it. The scenarios are all bullshit, and none really gets in harms way. The worst part about the whole thing is that almost all the people who are supposed "normal" people like us are all actors. Check out this like at IMDB it has the cast and all the movies they were in. I think 2 people oput of the whole cast weren't actors.

    I heard a saying once. There is no reality in reality tv. When your curious about a reality tv show check IMDB and you can see which people are actors and which arent. It might save you some time or disappointment.

    Aww dammit, you had to poop on it :( it's going well so far so will check out the IMDB after I finish the season. I realised there is no real risk, but it just seems to shit on all the other reality shows out there. That said, it is still a reality show, hence the fakeness about it.
