    From a pilots point of view:

    1. It makes no sense to exit a perfectly functioning aircraft until it has landed and come to a complete stop.
    2. Any landing you can walk away from is a good landing.
    3. Any landing you can take back off from is a great landing.
    4. When 1 - 3 are not possible ALWAYS use a parachute.
