Let's go back to a time when being an American meant something, when American drugs provided solutions to hard working average Americans.

    AMERlCA, FUCK YEAH!

Also, morphine was OTC. How can we forget about cocaine tooth drops? I find coke to be the best way to relieve tooth pain. :o

I edited it on your behalf :)

    bahahaha, that's better.

I wonder what drugs today will be like heroin, cocaine, amphetamines, opium, etc were like yesteryear. I'd hate to think that the utter shit drugs that we can get OTC nowadays will be banned later down the line.

Maybe JWH? I saw a patent for a transdermal patch containing synthetic cannabinoids, maybe JWH is the heroin/amp/coke of our era.

This is my favorite so far. It's for kids who are nervous at the doctor or hospital during examinations. It's a suppository..

Pretty awesome that you used to be able to order pure heroin and old-fashioned hypodermics through the Sears catalog, and it didn't used to cost $400 every time you fuckin' bought it.

    Mrs. Winslow's Soothing Syrup
Contained 65 mg of morphine per fluid ounce. "For children teething."

Half the kids in these sedative advertisements were drawn such that they look like they're nodding the fuck out.
