A very sweet, succulent fruit of Asian cultivation. The name literally translates to 'Dragon's Eye' as the flesh is translucent, so the black seed shows through, making it look like the eye of a dragon. It has a thin shell that can easily be squeezed open with your fingers or cracked open with your teeth to reveal the edible fruit inside.

is the seed edible?
It won't kill you if you ate the seed, but most people don't eat it.
I'm glad you brought up chink fruit. Do you ever eat something called a Durian fruit? I'm asking because the bizzare food guy tried it and nearly vomited. It looked pretty good to me:o:o
My mom and sister love it. I won't go near it, can't stand the smell. It's one of the foulest pieces of shit ever. As for the taste, I couldn't tell ya, but I can't imagine it tastes any better than it smells
Hard to describe, but it's quite sweet. Guess you could call it a sugary taste.
I remember him mentioning the tase being like a mix of rancid feet and body odor,
Certainly smells like it. The only good thing I can think of is that you can throw it at someone and the spiny shell can do some damage and if it cracks open and splatters, the victim will also stink for awhile
which I eat all the fuckin' time, yo.
those are the same things
Actually, those are lychee
for the last one, theyre alright. they taste good for a while, but you get sick of them really fast. they taste nothing like lychees, even though they look similar. they lack acidity, but are high in sugar and taste pretty earthy for a fruit.
the best asian tropical fruit is the jackfruit i reckon
oh....they look the same
