It'd be a lot more efficient if he punched a hole in the floor and routed the intake through the bottom of the car. He might actually form a vacuum and get some extra downforce, as well as increasing aerodynamic capability of the vehicle by closing the damn windows.
And I hope he's got that car perfectly geared, because if it thrusts faster than his transmission wants to spin, he's gonna go sideways.
