    Nah you probably don't. Women with disorders like this are probably extra bitchy due to increased emotional distress. It's to a degree that just isn't pleasurable anymore.

    People with PSAS tend to not want anything to do with sex. Like mayberry said, it im sure get's to the point of just discomfort. The "ive got to pee feeling" would suck.

    Looks interesting, but also annoying. I was watching Sexcetera once and there was a woman on it who had this disorder, and she seemed to actually love it :D
