  • Yeah I used to have the same problem. I'd say act confident, put a front on and eventually it will basically be true. Self fulfilling prophecy or whatever.

  • I agree with most of what you said, specifically we are all one etc. Like most of your posts though I have a hard time figuring out what you're actually trying to say. Practical advice would be more helpful to most people I think.

  • How so? Because food production etc. would have developed so that starvation wasn't an issue and we had either colonised another planet or living underwater or something so space wasn't an issue? Or because we would have evolved in such a way that the problems we face living in physical reality would cease to matter?

  • It depends what other sugary things you're eating that day I guess. If you keep your total sugar intake below whatever the RDA is then it probably wouldn't be a problem.
