  • I still have some VHS tapes I recorded of the Brak Show and Cowboy Bebop....the lineup they first had, back when they would show footage of old people swimming and shit like that.

  • Compare to the original? No, but it was a damn good homage to it. And I believe it was far superior to either of the AVPs.

  • Topher Grace isn't given enough time to shine IMO. But he is pretty good in it. They never mention the events of Predator 2, so it's possible they retconned it. But I heard that Lawrence Fishbourne's character was Danny Glover from part 2 until a rewrite that involved all original characters. I read that there will be a…

  • The Last Temptation is only on here because it presents Jesus as a man for the most part, and not God's son. Cannibal, I enjoyed it, but it was the kind of enjoyment you get from watching those old exploitation movies from around that time. Nowadays, it's nothing compared to Hostel or Saw. They included two real animal…
  • Just saw it this morning in the theater. Loved it. You can tell they cared about the series and didn't do anything to tarnish it. They expanded it like they should have 20 years ago.

  • Is it really that good? I've seen the first series and the movie and loved it. Haven't really devoted that much time to any anime lately (except DBZ Kai) and wondering if it's worth the time. I think FUNimation is streaming the series on their site.
  • The art style of film really contrasted with the story. Almost like if Disney made a film about the Holocaust. A really powerful film. Really depressing too, but still enjoyable.
  • Shutter Island - Dennis Lehand The "twist" becomes obvious half-way through (if you didn't already see the film), but the book plays out like it wants you to know the twist and keep you reading anyway. Less Than Zero - Brett Easton Ellis Good shit. Simply put.
  • I'm hearing that Batman: Under the Red Hood is pretty sick. Apparently it's very violent, even for what DC has been doing with these original movies. EDIT: This movie was pretty damn good too. Superman Doomsday still my favorite so far.
  • I liked all of his movies. Granted, Jersey Girl not so much because it strayed away from what he does best, and Cop Out mostly for the fact that he didn't write it. It was a paycheck for him, not something that was that passionate to him.

  • At this point, it is too late. Thanks for the idea, but there was never the option to do anything but delete the photos. Oh well.
  • It's an LG Rumor Touch. That's exactly what I was thinking. I guess you can't win 'em all though. I'm not fretting too much, it was only 2 pictures that I wanted to keep. Although, now it's gonna make me more cautious about the next phone I get.
  • I'm fairly new with the phone. But I searched up and down the manuals, FAQs, and forums (for Sprint, Virgin Mobile and LG). Nothing gave me the answer I was looking for. I finally got a conclusive email from Virgin Mobile saying: I guess that's all there is to it. I ended up deleting the pictures anyway, so there's no…
  • Amazing series with an equally amazing soundtrack. I think a live-action movie has a chance. So long as they don't treat it like an adaptation of a cartoon (ala Dragonball) and just look at the anime as referential material, like a book. Oldboy was a manga before it was a movie, remember that.
  • No such luck. But thanks anyway.
  • The phone only offers the mass storage option when a microSD card is present. But then, it's just a microSD reader. I'll give the linux option a chance though, just need to get a live-CD.
