Should I buy the new Mortal Kombat?

I don't play video games anymore but feel like buying MK as it's been released today.

It brings back memories from earliest youth to late teens. Maybe I should give in and buy it.. what does Totse think.

Mortal Kombat was cool when i knew the blood code for the first one.

This Mortal Kombat looks like it may be good because they are bringing back straight line movement and focusing on gameplay rather than graphics. So I say go for it.
