how hard is it to create a hot topics panel?

That helped a lot on &Z after it was implemented, I think we need the hot topics panel back to make this place feel even more like the old Totse.

Plus, it helps to get more views and posts in threads of forums that get less traffic. Ya know, there's reason it was originally implemented on &T in the first place :p

    It seems the hot topics panel is actually still active, but not properly. I didn't notice before but it just doesn't show up on the forums. It shows up on the main totse.info page, but there are no hyperlinks.

    How hard is that to fix? I mean, a lot of other stuff needs to be ironed out here but I think that should be the first thing to fix up

    Well, I've got the source code up and I'm lookin' under the hood to see how things can get fixt.
