Twenty Fast Breaths
Three Seconds in Three Seconds out
Repeat
Plug Left Nostril
Experience Thirty Long Drawn Breathes
Plug Right Nostril
Sixty Quick Breathes
Repeat
Sit Comfortably, Please
Quickly now Gulp air as if it were ping pong Balls
Nostril Exhalation
Repeat Twenty or Fifty more times
Tap the back of Your head 81 times on each side
Take a break Have a drink

    Interesting, breathing exercises can increase the amount of nitric oxide in the blood, making you feel more relaxed and alert. These seem familiar, but I can't place where I might have seen them before. Yoga? Zorastran? What are the 81 taps supposed to do other than cultivate patience, and keep away people who might want to sit beside you on the bus?

    Interestingly enough about the eye contact portion of your comment. Vision is processed in the back of the head (where the tapping[or flicking] takes place). Basically what you're doing is placing the middle finger over the index finger and pushing it through.

    practice makes perfect. expand the diaphragm as you breath in deeply, hold for a long time, count slowly
