So what does that really mean in terms of what laws states can and cannot pass regarding guns?

    It states you have the right to own a gun. All the bullshit gun control laws are just the work liberal judges when in reality the second amendment is very clear and there arent many ways to interpretate it. The people have the right to own and use firearms. I can see saying felons cant own guns but thats about it. Of course Barry Soetoro wants to make restrictions heavier but Its a very clear to the point amendment.
