Acne on my back.

These spots fucking hurt. I usually get spots on my back and they never develop fully enough to blow 'em up. Does anyone know what's causing this, or what I can do to stop it?

    I used to get that all the time.
    The only thing that worked for me was antibacterial soap every time I shower,its been about 3 years since I had a problem.

    In all seriousness, it's probably the way you shower. Try to avoid getting excessively hot water on your back.
