I dont know why this happened, I bought the kind with only DXM in it. Has this happened to anyone else? I take antidepressants also, but they aren't an MAOI.

I still feel pretty out of it, I probably have my self a concussion too because my buddy said my head was the first thing to hit the cement, I'm also stuttering a little bit, haven't gone to the doctor.

Damn that's really not much DXM at all. My guess is it's either the anti depressants. You shouldn't be on any kind of SSRI or anything for at least 2 weeks before you to DXM. I don't know your medical history so you may be prone to seizures anyway.

Hmm... That happened to a friend of mine, not sure if it was a seizure, but he had to be rushed into hospital. The doctor told him he had an allergic reaction or something.
