I've probably watched this video 50 times since the first time I saw it about a year ago. I never fully grasped the concept of anything above the 4th dimension until last month.
Basically they're saying that everything that could have ever happen and could ever happen has already happened and is contained in the 6th dimension. Everything that has happened and will happen is contained in our 4th dimensional line that we're experiencing as time. Much like the ant crawling on the strip of paper, our 4th dimensional line is twisting and turning in the 5th dimension, it's direction altered by our own choices and the actions of others.
I understand the concept of the 10th dimension, I just can't quite grasp how exactly any of the dimensions above the 6th affect me.
The most current theory (M theory) says that there are 11 dimensions, I haven't really looked in to that though.
This video does a pretty good job of dumbing down science and explaining how higher dimensions interacting with lower dimensions would be interpreted.

DFG made a post explaining it here:

Dfg showed me how to do it.

See where the V is there?
Copy and paste the part where the K starts and then enter it between the Youtube tags.
I always copy everything after the =
