    This is pretty stupid. They are bred to be eaten. The farmers don't want to kill all their pigs. They make a profit off of every one. They were going to die anyway.

    Killing them is the necessary part in this. I think it's the burying alive part that most object to.

    PETA are sensationalist idiots. People do bury people alive - in gulf war one, lots of iraqi soldiers were in trenches - we just rolled bulldozers over the top of them.

    They are probably still there.

    and i know these pigs weren't to be eaten but after watching this yesterday i get the bright idea to make pork chops for dinner, wtf? I was super pissed cause all i could think about was this vid and i couldn't eat my chop :(

    I've noticed this with animals as well. Dogs are a good example. They seem to know when they're due for the bullet. Wild pigs are instinctively paranoid. They think they're gonna die anyways. (even though it's true when me and the dogs are around. :rolleyes:)
    You're right about the sheep....they're pretty fuckin dumb. They don't put up much of a struggle before you cut their throats. There's no fun in sheep except for a cheap night out.
