Trust the Japs to come up with this. Just watched the entire thing and fuck! It gets better and better. So funny.
Basically there are 4 guys (who are famous in Japan) locked in a Sports Hall for 24 hours and every so often they get a random "demon" come in and if they are caught, they get a punishment. Some are too fucked up to be viewed on YouTube but this has to be the best program/game I have seen. Ever. Beats that 'Big Brother' shit. If you want to see the extent of the program, forward to 4:45
