dating scam/ air tickets

okay here's the scenario , a guy buys a girl (me) he's dating online a flight ticket and tells her to meet him at blah , blah airport . Now what i want to know is this : Can this air ticket be resold to someone else or is there some way i could get money from this air ticket ? would appreciate your suggestions

    Depends, on some of the tickets, you can get it refunded, if he paid cash for it they will give you cash. But a lot of tickets aren't refundable.

    Can also check with the airline to see if it's transferable, and then sell it to someone.

    You'll have to call the airline and ask. If it's not refundable ask if you can transfer(sell) it to someone else, if so place an add in a few college papers etc.
