SWIM has the person's name and address but could do better with his birth date, SIN and of course the maiden name.

How might one obtain this?

    for birthdate SWIM should try checking for a facebook account. many people post their birthdate on their. if lucky their profile might not be private. for maiden name maybe genealogy records but i dont know how that shit works

    That was SWIM's first act but unfortunately the name is very common.

    If SWIM could find his phone number, SWIM could impersonate a customer representative.

    can search by name and address. if it works this should give phone number and can start searching from there

    Definitely use the whitepages to get a phone number. A little bit of social engineering over the phone will get you some better information. Just don't go over the top and act suspicious. Oh, and don't use your own phone for the job in case something goes wrong.
