My father is backing me financially, and we already have a couple jobs lined up in the way of t-shirts. Shirts aren't the only thing we can do, our printer can print on metal, ceramic, wood, virtually any smooth surface, even skin for temporary tattoos. My only problem is that I need images for these tees, but I can't find anywhere that will let me use them for free, or let me resell them at all. Being a small, in-home business in Tennessee, am I at risk for getting sued if I use some images I just "found" on the web, or would I just be better off going around town and getting a point-and-shoot camera for my own designs?

I've already looked at a bunch of these, and in the TOA it says specifically that these images are prohibited for use on items for resale.
Get a Camera and start taking pictures.

Your products are going to be representing you and your business.
The money spent on the designs will be an investment towards your
company and if the design and quality of your product is good then you
should be able to grow your business.
As a designer though, I will tell you that good design is not cheap.
