In November of 2009, I made the dumbfuck decision to mod my 360 to play backup games. Inevitably, I was issued a console ban. Almost immediately I went and bought a ps3, and have had it since. Wednesday, I'm trading my ps3 and getting a 360 Elite with Kinect. So my question is: During this almost two-year period, what have I missed in the xbox universe? I know about the Halo shit of course, and I'm not a big GOW fan. I'm really just interested in things such as the dashboard, the indie game collection( which I've really missed,) and what they've done since the cancellation of 1 vs 100 to replace that extremely awesome and innovative game and experience.
I've really missed the Xbox Live experience, Sony's PSN and its users are just not as fun. So, what would you recommend that I try out? Any XBLA games that were fun, or anything of the sort.

Thanks, But I've already got MNC on Steam, and I've already played Scott Pilgrim, don't like it too much.
Any 360 exclusives come out lately that are good?
Trenched
Outcast
Breath of Death
30 Minute Hero
Shadow Complex
From Dust
360 Retail
Fable 3
Alan Wake
Metro 2033
Bayonetta
Splintercell: Conviction
BFBC2
Also, way to waste money on a Kinect.
This.
People actually bought that crap?
Thank you for all of those suggestions, you were the most help on the thread. I completely forgot about Conviction, which is one I've been drooling over since it came out.
However, I don't feel I wasted money since I'm just trading my ps3, via Craigslist... probably should have mentioned that in the OP. I'm trading my $300 machine I only use to stream Braking Bad for a gaming console I know I'll use, plus a $150 peripheral that is fun for getting shitfaced. Either way, I'm happy I got it. I know it sucks, but the peripheral has potential despite the extreme lack of evidence. It's a really neat piece of technology, and I'll be glad to pull it out of my closet in 20 years like I do my Genesis today.
