Just got my daughter a Samsung galaxy ace. What do I need and how do I connect it to i Tunes to put music on the phone?

itunes is for apple products

to put music on it you just drag music files to the root folder of the memory card

I'm sure there is an app for connecting the android phones to i Tunes but I've no idea what it's called. and google is just confusing me. I tried dragging files to the phone but when you go onto the phone you can't find them. When you open the phone on the computer it's full of stuff, I have no idea what's what.

Any solution you find for this is going to be hackish and prone to random failure. Apple periodically changes things just so to fuck with non-apple devices.

Your best bet is DoubleTwist.

You could also use iTunes with the isyncr app

asl get tunein radio app it allows you to listen to almost any online and fm radio stations i used it on m my tablet and now use it on my computer

oh and theres also a police scanner app a teamvier app and a teamspeak app

She has an fm and digital radio app, and as she's 16 I doubt she will need the police scanner lol

android is amazing when it comes to apps there apps that you can access files on a computer like start music or any file and have it play on the computer by clicking it on the android ect

Drag and drop your files, use the music player on your android phone to play the files. To move them around, use astro file manager.

In response to OP, I would say

1. Attach USB cable to phone and PC
2. Press "turn on USB mode" and let things load
3. Click on "My Computer"
4. Find the new device, almost as though it were a memory card/USB pen
5. Make a folder if there isn't already one called "Music"
6. Hilight the music in iTunes and drag to the "Music" folder

That's how I do it. May differ for you as I have an HTC desire. Wish Trx had his ass up in here as he is an Android master.
